Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting server records basic technical data for each visit. This includes your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and the date and time of the visit. We use it to keep the website secure and working.
Cookies. This website does not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
3. How we use your information
We use your personal data only for the purpose you shared it for, which includes:
- responding to your enquiry and sending proposals or quotes;
- delivering services you have engaged us for, and managing our business relationship;

Links to our Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn and YouTube pages take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for how other websites handle your data.
7. How long we keep data
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up, and client data for as long as our business relationship continues. After that, we keep data only as long as the law requires, for example for tax and accounting records, and then delete it securely.
